Enrollment/Registration and Tuition:

Our program is designed as a nine-month session running September-June. Monthly tuition divided into equal payments for lessons received for the full nine-month session and will remain the same each month regardless of attendance, school closures, holidays, vacations, recital rehearsals and performances etc.

Tuition is due the first day of every month for the duration of the September through June session. A late charge of 10% or $25.00 (whichever is less) will be added for all tuition paid after the close of business on the fifth day of the month. If the fifth day of the month falls on a Sunday or holiday, the monthly tuition must be paid by the last business day prior to the Sunday or holiday in order to avoid the late charge. Additional monthly late charges will accrue each month following until the full amount of tuition has been paid. There will be no prorated tuition, deductions, refunds or transfers for missed lessons regardless of the reason. Accounts that become delinquent face cancellation of classes. WE DO NOT SEND MONTHLY BILLS OR REMINDERS.

Payments may be made by check, cash, Mastercard, Visa or automatic payment through your bank. Mackenzie will be available to accept payments Monday-Thursday. All other payments may be dropped off in the tuition box located on the wall. We do have an auto pay program. If you wish to participate, please see the front desk. September tuition is due by September 2nd. If we do not receive payment your spot will be released to someone else, no exceptions will be made! We have very full classes and long waiting lists.

If you wish to drop a class, please submit your request before the 25th of the month to avoid next month’s tuition.
